Warranty:
All NEW units comes with 6 months warranty and other come with 3months All units is guaranteed to be working upon arrival. Warranty period starts from arrival day.
A warranty claim must be received before the end of the warranty period and the item must be handled to us within two weeks after the period has ended.
At warranty claims, the customer pays shipping both ways. If the unit cannot be repaired or replaced, your purchase amount, except shipping costs, will be repaid.
If the item is found to have been damaged by the customer by for instance rough handling, wrong installation or extreme temperatures, the warranty is not valid.

Return:
If an unit is received defective, of course we take it back or replace it.
If the unit is received as expected, we must charge for our expenses if you want to send it back.
We have to charge for the work of handling, retesting and expédition restocking.
